To renew the existing partnership between restaurant Joia in Milan and restaurant Mater Terrae in Rome, on Thursday 28, February Chef Pietro Leemann and Chef Ettore Moliteo are going to share the kitchen of the Roman restaurant, located in the wonderful Hotel Raphaël – Relais et Châteaux, for an exclusive four-hand dinner. But the real star of the event is vegetarianism as well as physical and spiritual wellness.
