Special event at Joia: 4-hand dinner with chef Pietro Leemann and chef Fulvio Pierangelini

A year from the announcement of the coopration between Fulvio Pierangelini e Pietro Leemann at Verdura Resort, that has seen the inclusion of haute cuisine dishes created by our Chef Leemann in the resorts’ restaurants and Spa Bar à-la-carte menu, the two stars of Italian cuisine give the exclusive chance to taste the fruits of their joint work.

On Thursday, September 13 the best products of Verdura Resort’s garden andrà in scena at Joia restaurant, during an exclusive 4-hand dinner.
The 8-course menu is a great combination of Joia’s signature dishes and chef Pierangelini’s creations.

An ideal journey through Sicily flavours that will be ehnhanced by the partnership with Planeta famous winery, whose wine selection will guide you throughout the courses.
