JOIA KITCHEN, THE BISTRO OF JOIA

Joia has become, over the years, a temple of vegetarian cuisine. A crossroad for both gourmet and passionate of natural cuisine.
All the ingredients are organic, most of them cultivated by nearby farmers, the others coming from our synergistic garden.
Nature is the first source of inspiration, in its respect, representing its essence in colours and shapes, counted by seasons and places.
A perfectionist research, respectful of the Earth, of all beings and anyone who eats. It is lighter in fat, gluten and sugar, but rich in taste.
The dishes are colourful, rich in shapes and contrasts. Always original, never ordinary, created to express an ideal or feeling.
16 cooks are working in the kitchen to ensure high level standard and to bind young professionals more closely to this world shifted into the future.
Joia Gourmet gives us great satisfaction, the average price is about 100 euros. An amount that is worth it, but less affordable for young people and anyone who looks for a vegetarian cuisine of high quality at a lower price.
Our bistro, Joia Kitchen, arises from the wish to democratise our offer.

Open from Monday to Friday, for lunch and dinner
From 12.20 pm to 2.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 11 pm

The cuisine style is inspired by Italian vegetarian tradition, with simple but delicious dishes. Each dish is carefully prepared, with the same attention and quality reserved at the gourmet restaurant, but with highly simplicity.

The special menu for lunch is composed of a single dish, accompained by salad, water and coffee. Price range from 12 to 15 euros.
For dinner, a four-course menu. The price is about 50 euros.

To best combining these precious dishes, a list of interesting wines, pressed juices and herbal infusion. All rigorously organic.
