Il pranzo possibile

On Monday, July 13 Polignano a Mare (Bari) hosted “Il pranzo possibile”, a charity event in honour of chef Pasquale Centrone, well-known as “Tuccino”, afflicted with Sla since many years.
His restaurant held this important initiative, organized by food journalist Paolo Marchi, to support people who fight agianst this disease.
I prepared a special lunch with other renowned chef: Niko Romito, Gennaro Esposito, Pino Lavarra, Nicola Fossaceca, Andrea Migliaccio, Angelo Sabatelli.
The proceeds has been donated to Aisla, Italian association for Sla research.
It has been a pleasure and a honour for me to give my contribution.
