On Tuesday, I attended the Foodact meeting in Cascina Triulza, an action plan for the italian cuisine development.
A special agreement between public Institution and the world of high italian cuisine based on sustainability values, high eating standards, on the development of traditional products and agricultural and eating models.
A sincere round table between high level cuisine and politics worlds which foretell a constructive future.
I suggested a reflection about the importance of an eating choice, respectful of our planet and ourselves’ health.
We can solve pollution problems and eating diseas, which are bringing the world economy to its knees and are giving avoidable pain, only by changing our eating habits into a vegetarian diet.
My colleagues agreed with me, an awareness which is captivating everyone, with a new stance on the issue for a good inheritance for our sons.
